FYSPRTs serve as an integral part of the Children’s Behavioral Health Governance Structure that was adopted within the T.R. et al. v. Strange and Birch (originally Dreyfus and Porter) Settlement Agreement and informs and provides oversight for high-level policy-making, program planning, decision-making, and for the implementation of this agreement, including the implementation of Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe).

Let Your Voice Be Heard!

“The North Sound Youth and Family Coalition helps me to stay in the loop with what's happening in the behavioral health system at the county, state and federal level. This impacts all of us on an individual level and I appreciate the opportunity to have my voice among the conversations happening in Washington state.”

- Nina Weaver

“As a community member of Skagit County, I am moved by the ideas and conversations that are generated within the Coalition. It is wonderful to see the commitment to improving the well-being of families and youth from so many people in our region.”
